Pickup & delivery

Tell us when, and we'll come to you

Collection is free across Kileleshwa and the streets around it. You don't need to be home. Your gate, your building reception, a house help or the watchman all work fine.

Your things, tracked

What happens between your door and ours

Everything is counted and written down at collection, and you get that list. Your order is tagged and stays separate the whole way through, so it's never mixed with another household's washing.

At delivery we go through the list with you again. If something's missing or we've damaged it, you'll hear it from us first and we'll put it right.
