Before you ask
Do you collect from my area?
Kileleshwa, Lavington, Riverside, Valley Arcade and Kilimani. If you're just outside that, message us and we'll give you a straight answer rather than a maybe.
Do I need to be home?
No. We can collect from your gate, your building reception, a house help or the watchman. Just tell us the arrangement when you book.
How much does it cost?
It depends what you're sending and how much of it. Send us a message or fill in the pickup form and we'll give you a price before we collect, not after.
How do I pay?
M-Pesa or card. Business clients on a contract are invoiced monthly.
What if something gets damaged or goes missing?
Every order is counted and written down at collection and checked again at delivery. If we've lost or damaged something, we'll tell you before you notice and we'll put it right.
Do you clean duvets, curtains and carpets?
All three. Duvets and curtains are priced by size and need a full drying cycle, so they take longer than a normal load. Fitted carpets we steam clean in your house rather than taking them away.
